Universal Home Video has announced plans to re-release the first season April 20 at a SGRP of $26.98. It will be a five disc set. No word on whether or not it’ll contain any bonus material. The season was first released onto DVD in November 2002 through Davis-Panzer Merchandising and then released in 2003 from Anchor Bay (through an agreement with Davis-Panzer).
Hercules: The Legendary Journeys will also be released, but it won’t feature the films that were included on the original Anchor Bay Release. The set will be a 3-disc set that will retail for around $26.98
TV Shows on DVD is reporting that the early information doesn’t contain cover art for either release, nor does it mention anything about extras.
