Established in 1999 as a companion piece to this website, the board saw an upswing in members in 2003. Today, the XOC is has grown to over 1100 members with nearly 500 posts a day.
- The most popular forum is The Xena Scrolls, a place to discuss all things Xena. We have a Welcome the XOC questionnaire thread that serves as a get to know you thread where new and old members alike get to know one another. It’s a great ice-breaker. And of course, what would a Xena Forum be complete without the What was the last episode you watch thread.
- The second most popular forum is the Army Stomping Grounds. A departure from the more typical Xena forums, the ASG is primarily a place for fictitious armies to battle it out with each other. People have fought and died (figuratively, of course) for Xena, Gabrielle, Callisto, Joxer… don’t forget to check out the PLA Steamroom thread. A word of caution, some of the humor is dark, quirky and sexy.
- If talking Xena and sparring with your fellow fan isn’t your cup of tea, we offer The Lounge, the board’s watercooler spot. We also have The Entertainment Chat where folks discuss the latest movies, video games, music and television shows. And lastly, for you scribes, artists, book worms and music video people, we offer the Alexandria Library and Gallery to showcase your talents.
