King of the Dead
Paul Norell (better know to Xena and Hercules fans as Falafel) played the King of the Dead in Peter Jackson’s Return of the King (the final installment of the Lord of the Rings trilogy). He was interviewed last month by Stuff (a New Zealand magazine).
The qualified teacher came to New Zealand in 1980 and worked on the television series Hercules during the 1990s.
